Resistance Welding Solutions
Autodyne has developed a sterling reputation for our welding machines. We
pay attention to the specifics and details of each welding process and our
machines combine best welding practices, taking into account the key elements
required to produce a good weld.
We partner in both product and process design evaluations ensuring that our
customers receive a well-grounded approach to their individual applications.
We also have prototyping capabilities for welded assemblies, enabling our
customers to evaluate their products and processes in the early stages of
development.
Typical Robotic and Dedicated Processes:
Application Examples:
Quick Change Tooling:
Because many customers want to increase the flexibility of their robotic and dedicated process equipment investments, Autodyne has developed proven quick-change tooling technologies, utilizing plug and play tooling principles. We have a customer-driven approach to the level of automation and man/machine interface required for tooling changeover. Some of the smaller quick-change toolsets can easily be handled by one person; however, some of our larger toolsets weigh over 1500 lbs and have tool carts. Regardless of the size, toolsets can be configured for minimal changeover times.
Laser Welding Solutions
Autodyne is an industry leader in laser welding, with our demonstrated knowledge of the stringent product and process design constraints required for each step of successful laser welding systems. There are no compromises in any step of laser system development and we provide a detail-focused approach to each application.
Product and process design evaluations ensure that our customers receive a well-grounded approach to their individual applications. All our laser systems have integrated tool change capabilities, ensuring maximum system flexibility.
Autodyne has the capability and experience to successfully complete the required laser and laser product initial reports as mandated by the Federal Laser Product Performance Standard (21 CFR Parts 1040.10 and 1040.11), and attain the proper classification and certification according to the FDA/CDRH requirements, where required.
